On March 15 2021, the SEDUCE 2.0 Project team presented the miOne community in the webinar “The Role of Information and Communication Technologies in Seniors’ Lives – Aging and Digital Citizenship: The Case of the miOne community.”

Prof. Ana Veloso started the webinar with the presentation of the team and project, giving the floor to Liliana Costa who spoke about the challenges of the pandemic and the use of information and communication technologies for active aging.

Francisco Regalado continued with the presentation of the miOne community, referring to the distinctive elements in relation to existing solutions on the market, and Sónia Machado presented cases of their application and dynamization of project activities.

In the end, Cláudia Ortet spoke about the importance of physical exercise, gamification and senior cycle tourism. Participants were also invited to collaborate in their PhD research “Impact of Gamification Strategies on Information and Communication Services of Cycle Tourism for Senior Citizens.”
