Fighting Fake News COVID-19 is the weekly challenge for the miOne community

Last Wednesday, May 6, students from the Senior Academies of Penamacor and Vila Velha de Ródão were challenged to detect false and true news in the miOne community.

On May 6, 2020, the miOne team met around 11:30 am with students and teachers from the Senior Academies of Penamacor and Vila Velha de Ródão to respond more to a miOne challenge – Fight against fake news about covid-19.

This session aimed to boost the news area of the miOne community. This is the third weekly challenge launched by the miOne team since the period of social confinement.

Challenge Session 2 – The Lucky vs Unlucky Tourist

These sessions are part of the Master’s Degree in Multimedia Communication within the SEDUCE 2.0 project by Sónia Machado. Her research work is focused on the development of a UX Kit for communities oriented to the senior public. The dynamization of activities also included the participation of Francisco Regalado, Henrique Silva and Liliana Costa.
